Each lot is 40.55 ft wide and 97.5 ft deep. Lots 19 & 20 are very easy to find and have gravel road frontage. Both lots would be ideal for the weekend hunter or ATV duner as you can come and pitch your tent, camper or RV for a weekend of fun.     This lot is located within the city limits of Christmas Valley Oregon.There is power and water right on Hemlock Road, but the new owner would have to pay to hook up to them. These lots are too small to build on and are considered non buildable, but you can camp on it. Please contact Lake County Oregon to find out how long you can camp on a property with an RV if you are planning to stay a while. This lot has mountain views and of course a great view of Table Rock looking S/E from the property. 
Finding these two lots is easy! From Christmas Valley Market in Christmas Valley, Oregon (which is located on the corner of Christmas Tree Lane), Drive west on CR 5-14(Christmas Valley Highway) for ½ mile. Turn right onto Park Road and drive north 0.2 miles.
Turn onto CO HWY 928(Spruce St) for 0.1 and look for cross street on left (Dirt road/Hemlock Road). Turn Left onto Hemlock Road and go past fenced property on right Drive .01 miles and lots 19 & 20 will be on your right just past fenced property.    
  Although there are a few farms and homes in the area, there is plenty of natural wilderness which attracts wildlife to your back door. Antelope, wild deer, jack rabbits and coyotes run all across the natural landscape of the Christmas Valley area. This parcel would make a great camping lot or weekend getaway.
